Olesya Maksimova

Team Lead

Olesya joined Allcorrect in 2020 after moving into localization from a completely different field. She soon discovered that project management allowed her to combine her linguistic background, risk management skills, and eye for detail. Over the years, she has managed a wide range of localization projects, including titles from AAA publishers, and helped set up new technical workflows, processes, and language pairs from scratch.
Today, she is a Team Lead who isn’t afraid of difficult tasks and challenges and knows how to spot people’s strengths. She believes that the best teamwork comes from different people contributing what they do best.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find Olesya walking her dog, traveling to another country, or trying yet another new hobby. Over the years, those have included painting, playing the piano, dancing, table tennis, yoga, zumba, TRX, stretching, and quite a few others.
